Fire Star - Round Meditation Cushion Zafu

Our Fire Star range is hand-block printed by the amazing Sufiyan and his team in Gujarat, India.  Our artisans have used one block and multiple steps with alum and rubab for base dye and gum arabic and lime powder as a resist print.

Due to the natural dye technique, there are often slightly different shades of fire star. You will see one of the main shade differences in the picture of the covers.

The round zafu helps you to sit tall with relaxed hips. Based on traditional meditation cushion design, its simple shape is time-tested and perfect for new and experienced meditators alike.

TIP:
When preparing for meditation, have the knees so they are lower than the hips. This allows for circulation to the lower limbs during sitting positions. Our zafus offer more room to allow for the knees to drop to the floor naturally.
