Travel Yoga Bolster~ Blue fan

The Travel bolster is used to open the chest in a gentle way.   Its shape allows for expansion of the ribcage and an opening through the chest.  Can be used to level the hips in Pidgeon pose, provide support in restorative inversions and back bends. It is the all-rounder traveller that you can easily take with you as it only weighs 1kg.  Also useful for kids yoga and meditation!

Our artisans work is shown in each Calm Buddhi Bolster.    In hand block printing imperfections are characteristic and add to the charm of this traditional technique.
