We hope this practice helps you feel grounded and centred during a full moon.
This sequence focuses on legs, feet, calves, shins, ankles and circulatory system to assist in grounding your energy.
How to prepare your space:
- Soft lighting - such as candles and lamps
- Gentle music - non-lyrical music, see our recommended playlist here
- Alleviate distractions - switch off/remove phones and smart watches
- Favourite aromas - essential oils and diffusers
What you'll need:
- 1 x Yoga mat
- 1 x Yoga blanket
- 1 x Yoga block
- 1 x Bolster
- 1 x Yoga strap

PRACTICING WITH COMPASSION AND CARE
In Yin yoga the intention is to find a comfortable and relaxing edge. Practice with self-kindness and compassion, modify where necessary and use as many props as you need to relax.
A good gauge for this is breath which should be calm and relaxed as you hold each shape. If your breath shortens or you are holding your breath pull back a little bit, modify, prop up or change the shape.
