1. Do you offer click and collect?
Yes, we offer click and collect during our regular Reservoir (Melbourne)warehouse hours of 9:30am -2:30pm Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
We are not a store and we make up to order so we will need to set up a scheduled time for pick up on the days noted. Instructions will be provided once your order is ready. Urgent orders can be filled on the day.
2. Do you offer wholesale?
We do not offer wholesale pricing. We don't mass produce and the costs of block printing and ethically creating items is very different to other items you can buy in bulk.
3. My parcel has not arrived can you follow up?
Once the parcel leaves our premises with the delivery provider we are no longer responsible for your parcel. We recommend that you follow up directly with the delivery provider using the tracking provided in your order correspondence. We will always try to help if it can't be resolved this way.
4. Do you offer discounts?
We work directly with artisanal families and communities. It’s our policy to price the product for its value and the countless artisan hours it takes to make the product. We rarely have discounted sales and instead invest in knowing our source, working with communities side by side, ensuring ethical trade, a good wage and comfortable working conditions. We don’t mass produce or put massive margins on our product. This all means that you can shop ethically and mindfully with Calm Buddhi.
5. Do you sell the covers of your bolsters?
We sell the covers of seconds which usually have minor dye flaws or small exceptions. Get in touch if you have a design in mind and we will check and offer a price if we have something available.
