1. Purchase of Products and Returns Policy

We want you to shop with confidence. If you are unsure of a combination  you may contact us at shop@calmbuddhi.com.au

Please note that in hand block printing small imperfections and variations are part of the products charm. No two pieces are the same as they are hand printed. We work hard to ensure photographs are reflective of the products we have in stock.

1.1.    In using the Purchase Services to purchase the Product through the Website, you will agree to the payment of the purchase price listed on the Website for the Product (the ‘Purchase Price‘).

1.2.    Payment of the Purchase Price may be made through shopify payments, stripe,  Paypal or Afterpay (the ‘Payment Gateway Provider‘)

1.3.    In using the Purchase Services, you warrant that you have familiarised yourself with, and agree to be bound by, the applicable Terms and Conditions of Use, Privacy Policy and other relevant legal documentation provided by the Payment Gateway Providers.

1.4.  Following payment of the Purchase Price being confirmed by Calm Buddhi you will be issued with a receipt to confirm that the payment has been received and Calm Buddhi may record your purchase details for future use.

1.5.  Calm Buddhi may, at their sole discretion, provide a refund on the return of the Products within 7 days days of your receipt where the Product packaging is unopened and remains in a saleable condition. You acknowledge and agree that you are liable for any postage and shipping costs associated with any refund pursuant to this clause.

1.6.  You are entitled to a replacement, credit or refund where item(s) have a fault, such as:

  1. when it is faulty; or
  2. wrongly described;
    1. We are not required to replace your product if you simply change your mind.

1.7 There are not returns on last chance items

However, if you are not happy with your product, Calm Buddhi may, at their discretion, decide to exchange or provide you with a credit, providing the product is returned to us in its original packaging in brand new condition. Please let us know if you are unsatisfied with a product or the service you have received from us we are always happy to help find a solution.

2 GUIDELINE FOR RETURNS

Pack the items securely. Please wrap the product so it does not get damaged in transit. All returned products must be in the same condition in which they were received, remain unopened and have had no contact with your skin. Please send by registered post as Calm Buddhi is not responsible for lost packages.

Original shipping costs are not refundable and where the item is as described the return of the item is at the customers expense.

  • To the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law, Calm Buddhi disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and no infringement.                                                                   
  • Calm Buddhi does not represent or warrant that the functions contained in the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, that the defects will be corrected, or that this site or the server that makes the site available are free of virus or other harmful components.
  • Calm Buddhi does not make any warrantees or representations regarding the use of the materials in this site in terms of their correctness, accuracy, adequacy, usefulness, timeliness, reliability or otherwise.
