Delivery

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Calm Buddhi. The following information sets out the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

 


1. Processing your Order


An email or text confirmation is sent to your e-mail address or phone number after placing your order. Please keep this e-mail as proof of your purchase. If you have not received and email or text please check your spam folder and update your address book to include shop@calm buddhi.com.au


2. Shipment Processing Time

Processing time refers to the time it takes for us to prepare your order for shipping.

After your payment is authorised and verified, all orders with in stock items are processed within 2 -3 Business days. We will contact you for some reason if there are any delays. However, some orders may ship within as few as 1 day and some may take up to 5 days.

 You acknowledge that the Purchase Services offered by Calm Buddhi integrate delivery (the ‘ Delivery Services‘) through the use of third party delivery companies (the ‘ Delivery Service Providers‘).

  • In providing the Purchase Services, Calm Buddhi may provide you with a variety of delivery and insurance options offered as part of the Delivery Services by the Delivery Service Providers. You acknowledge and agree that Calm Buddhi is not the provider of these delivery and insurance options and merely facilitates your interaction with the Delivery Service Providers in respect to providing the Delivery Services.
  • In the event that an item is lost or damaged in the course of the Delivery Services, Calm Buddhi asks that you
  • a)contact the Delivery Service Provider directly to request a refund or to claim on any insurance options available; and
  • b)contact us by sending an email to shop@calmbuddhi.com.au outlining in what way the Products were damaged in transit so we are able to determine if the Delivery Service Provider should be removed from the Purchase Services and give feedback accordingly.

3. Shipment Locations - All items are shipped from our warehouse address in Dromana, Victoria. 

3.1. Domestic and International
Calm Buddhi ships domestically as well as internationally. If you have a question about domestic or international deliveries, please contact us at shop@calmbuddhi.com.au.


4. Shipment rates and delivery estimates

We endeavour to get your order to you as soon as possible. Once your order is placed and a delivery method has been chosen by the seller, an estimated delivery time will be calculated by your chosen service provider or can be found via the provider's website.


4.1. Please note:
(a) Business days for Calm Buddhi means Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and  Friday, between 8am and 2:30pm, except puplic and store holidays.
(b) Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
(c) The date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location,
method of delivery, and the items ordered.
(d) Due to Natural disasters or pandemics, packages to and from our facility in Dromana, Victoria Australia may be delayed. We appreciate your patience during this time.
(e) We will not be responsible for wrong shipping address if you provide incorrect
information.
(f) In-store pickup dates vary based on product and appointment availability.


5. Tracking Options

Calm Buddhi aims to provide visibility and transparency throughout the shipment
process. Once your order is confirmed and shipped, you will receive a reference to track your order.


5.1. Domestic and International
All orders delivered within Australia have tracking


International orders are sent with Fed Ex,DHL or Australia post and other international affiliates. This service comes with tracking and your tracking number will be sent to you once it has been posted. If we are requested to make alternative shipping arrangements we cannot guarantee tracking and will not be responsible for the delivery of orders sent internationally.


6. International Customs, Duties and Taxes

All orders shipping to a destination outside of Australia are subject to the import duties, fees, and taxes of the destination country. Delays in delivery may occur if your package is randomly selected by your country’s Customs Department.

Calm Buddhi is not responsible for any possible customs and taxes applied to your order. We have no control over the process or additional charges associated with the delivery and importation of your order (package) into your country. We do not benefit in anyway from these chargers and we work very closely with our brokers and carriers to ensure as few delays as possible. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer. You agree that you are responsible for any duty, taxes, and custom requirements or other like taxes, fees, levies, costs or expenses associated with importing products you purchase from us and shipping them internationally.


7. Missing or Lost Package

There are several reasons why a package gets lost or becomes a delivery exception. We’ve found that, more often that not, the package is either in the building or with a neighbour. Calm Buddhi politely requests that customers look in common courier hiding spots. Please take a look around and let us know if you find it. If you haven't located your order, please contact us at shop@calmbuddhi.com.au to report missing or lost packages.
