What can each add to your practice?

The Travel Yoga Bolster is used to open the chest in a gentle way.   Its shape allows for expansion of the ribcage and an opening through the chest.  Can be used to level the hips in Pidgeon pose, provide support in restorative inversions and back bends. It is the all-rounder traveller that you can easily take with you as it only weighs 1kg.  Also useful for kids yoga and meditation!

The Yoga Mat Bag helps you transport your own yoga mat, blocks, straps, towels and keys to classes and while your travelling!  Comes with a comfortable padded adjustable strap so you can hold cross body when walking or riding to class. 

The Eco Yoga Mat is made from responsibly-sourced natural tree rubber and jute and helps you ease into your practice just as mother nature intended. With its extra thick and extra long design, this eco yoga mat allows you to ground yourself in complete comfort.

Eco yoga mats: 

• Maintain your mat’s integrity by wiping it down with a damp cloth as needed for a deeper clean, mix vinegar and water in a 1:2 ratio. Avoid submerging in water or using harsh chemicals. After cleaning, let the mat air dry completely out of direct sunlight and store it in a cool, shaded place.
• If you are practicing hot yoga, use a yoga towel to protect your mat and ensure your mat is aired in a well-ventilated area to avoid the humidity of the room being trapped in the mat.
• If you live in a humid area, store your mat in a dry place. Silica gel packs are a great way to control humidity. Store them alongside your mat in a sealed container to help absorb excess moisture. Just be sure to replace or regularly dry them out.
