Session 1 - 2 Hours |
You’ll be initiated into this timeless practice. We will work with the breath to activate your system, initiating you into Kriya 1 to direct the body’s energy flow and introduce you to using a mantra – a sound vibration that will support you into the field of silence. We will work in forming your own personal sankalpa (Intention born from the heart) to support your journey in daily day. |
Session 2 -2 Hours + Guided Practice |
In this session, you will be initiated with your own unique mantra. We will practice and bring all the elements of this initiated meditation together. We will review the philosophy of meditation and the states of consciousness you may experience when yoga is present. I’ll help you refine your meditation technique, your sanklapa, answer any questions, and guide you through another meditation practice to ensure you’re fully comfortable and confident. |
Session 3 - 1 Hour Follow-Up Coaching + Guided Practice |
We’ll further solidify your understanding and progress, refine your technique, and give you the tools and tips so you can make this practice a natural part of your daily life. |
