About the Himalayan Meditation Initiation

In this group initiation, you will learn powerful pranayama techniques and be initiated into Kriya 1 together. Each participant will also receive individual attention for their personal mantra initiation, a unique sound vibration tailored to guide you into deeper states of meditation.

In this group setting, you’ll learn ancient pranayama techniques and will be initiated into Kriya 1 together, with each participant receiving individual attention for their personal mantra initiation.
The mantra is a unique sound vibration, tailored to each individual, that will help guide you into deeper states of meditation.
What’s included:
Session 1 - Guided pranayama practice and Kriya 1 Initiation2-3 hours |
We begin with a guided pranayama session, followed by the group initiation into Kriya 1. You’ll learn about the energetic and physiological effects of these techniques, ensuring you understand their profound impact. After the group practice, each participant will receive their personal mantra during individual initiations (approximately 20 minutes each). This sacred moment is a personalized experience, and depending on group size, the mantra initiations may take place over two days. |
Session 2 - Exploration and Practice2-3 hours |
In this session, we’ll deepen our understanding of meditation philosophy, states of consciousness, and refine our techniques. We’ll practice meditation together, with time for group discussions and individual guidance from me. |
Session 3 - Follow-Up Coaching + Guided Practice1 hour |
In the final session, we’ll review your progress and solidify your understanding. You’ll leave with practical tools to seamlessly integrate this practice into your daily life. |
