What happens in the room
Embody the vibrations
Everything on this planet has its own vibration, and where there is vibration, there is sound. Together we explore the effects of sound from the inside out, using Tibetan and crystal singing bowls alongside instruments tuned by sound pioneers in India - what makes up the Sound Sonorium, which we believe is the only one in Australia.

Guided into stillness
- Soothing yogic breathwork (pranayama) to settle the nervous system.
- Mantra meditation, attuning to the subtle sound vibrations of Aum.
- Deep rest with yoga nidra - the practice state between waking and sleeping - specially guided for restorative rest.
- An immersive sound journey, letting the instruments guide you from the external world to the inner chambers of your being.
Participants often describe deep rest, a sense of clarity, and a noticeable easing of tension in the body, heart and mind. We finish with tea and time to sit together.
A note from Angela
"I'm forever a student, deeply passionate about learning, practising and teaching the practices of yoga that extend beyond physical postures. Sound has been central to my journey, introduced to me during my postgraduate yoga studies in India. I've had the privilege of training with Indian masters and renowned teachers in sound practices, and I'm glad to share some of what I've learned with you. Cam, my husband, has also been training with sound pioneers in India, so we'll be blessed with the Sound Sonorium."
Spaces are limited
This is an intimate gathering rather than a large event. If you'd like to be there, add your name to the waitlist at the top of this page and we'll be in touch as soon as the October date is confirmed.
