This practice is all about welcoming in the new season, shifting the heaviness of winter and breathing life into the new spring version of ourselves.
We will begin the practice with a kriya set, moving into a vinyasa flow before settling in for meditation that will have you feeling lighter, calm and empowered.
In the practice we refer to Mula Bandha (root lock), if this practice is new to you watch this quick tutorial first. Otherwise scroll down for the full length class.
