I had been looking for a meditation cushion for a long time. Thinking that I would have to buy it from an overseas company, then this one came into my path. I love everything about it. It is super comfortable and I love the earthy design of it and best of all it ended up coming from a local Mornington Peninsula company just down the road from me. Amazing zufa has helped me with my stretching. I use it everyday takes the pressure off from being fully on the ground when u aren't that flexible yet haha.

I am very pleased with my beautifully made and comfortable Zafu mediation cushion. It was easy to remove some buckwheat filling to suit my seating posture and keep if needed later. Now I'd like to get a Zabuton cushion to go with it.

This is the first time I have started a regular Zen meditation practice and the Zafu and Zabuton are part of my sitting ritual. I like their colour and pattern. I have found that my back stays quite relax compared to sitting on a chair. Because I'm not used to sit cross legged, I am soon to be 78 years old, sitting Zazen does not come naturally to me yet but I find deep joy sitting and my Zafu and Zabuton are making friend with me.

The zaffu is very well made and of good quality fabric but it is too small for me and I would prefer no zip around its base.
