• The yoga bolster under the knees reduces tension from the lower back in savasana, and supports you in forward folds, restorative backends, and inversions.
• The eye pillow restores, relaxes and turns your awareness inwards. With pure essential oils of lavender and bergamot and cooling flaxseed for weight, this eye pillow puts gentle pressure on the eyes. This pressure is a signal to rest and digest for parts of your nervous system making this prop one that packs a whole lot of relaxation.
• The yoga strap acts as an extension of your arms for stretching and binding. The strap can facilitate more comfortable forward folds, side bends, shoulder mobility, and more.
• The hand-loomed yoga blanket is perfect for cosy savasana, warm meditations and Yoga Nidra. Roll it up to make a bolster shape, use it for head and neck support or add weight and grounding to your restorative shapes. 
• The 2 cork blocks bring the floor to you so you align your spine and take the tension off your hamstrings in forward folds.
• The eco yoga mat is made from responsibly-sourced natural tree rubber and jute and helps you ease into your practice just as mother nature intended. With its extra thick and extra long design, this eco yoga mat allows you to ground yourself in complete comfort.

Oval yoga bolster: Approx. 64cm x 28cm x 20cm  1.5kg (Kapok filled), 2.7kg (Cotton filled - only used in times where stock runs out) Cotton hand block printed cover OR;

Round yoga bolser: Approx. 70cm x 22.5cm diameter 1.5kg (Kapok Filled)

Eye pillow: 180g, 100% cotton lining made in India · Filled with Cooling flax · Width 7-12 cm, length 23cm. As the width can vary contact us for exact dimensions.

Yoga strap:  3.8 x 200cm · .300 g ·100% cotton with metal D ring

Blanket: 152 cm x 203 cm · 100% cotton · 1.5kg

Cork blocks: 7 cm × 14.5cm × 22cm  · .95kg

Eco yoga mat: 180cm x 61cm x 4.5mm  · 2.7kg 

Oval or Round yoga bolster:  Remove the cover carefully. Dry clean recommended, or place in a garment bag.

Eye pillow: Use the same directions as for the oval bolster cover.  Replenish the aroma with 2 drops of your favourite calming pure essential oils. Refresh your flaxseed every so often using the zipped inner liner. 

Yoga strap: Cool hand wash, hang to dry.

Blanket: Gentle cold wash, hang to dry out of direct sunlight.

Cork blocks: Wipe clean with a damp cloth.

Eco yoga mats: Wipe down with a damp cloth when needed or, for a stronger clean, use vinegar and water with a ratio of 1:2. Allow to air dry fully out of direct sunlight. Store inside in a well-ventilated and shady space.  See further care instructions here.
