As well as bringing our Calm Buddhi Store (Weather Permitting) Ange Calm Buddhi Founder will guide you through an empowering Himalayan Yoga journey— a unique practice that integrates pranayama, kriya, asana, and meditation, designed to connect you with the deep well of energy and power you hold within.
