Marma Stick
One of Ayurveda’s quietest daily rituals. Marma points are the vital junctions where flesh, bone, and prana (vital life force energy) meet, often described as switches for the body’s energy. The Marma Stick lets you work them gently at home, in your own time.
Each end has a purpose. The broader side rests in the centre of the palm or the sole of the foot for a slow press and release, at points traditionally linked to the navel and the digestive fire. The finer pointed side traces small spirals outward and settles into the webs between fingers and toes. The ridged length rolls from wrist to fingertip, or under the foot like a rolling pin.
Use it with a few drops of warm sesame oil or oil for your dosha. The gentle friction builds warmth, helping the oil sink in and leaving hands and feet tingling and alive. A beautiful practice for everyone and particularly those who work with energy and their hands.
Approx. 15cm long x 5.5cm diameter
