We’re excited to welcome a motivated individual to help us run our warehouse operations smoothly and efficiently as we grow our business.

Your Role:

You will support the Senior warehouse operator, focusing on organization, quality control, and ensuring our beautiful products are shipped out efficiently. As a small but rapidly growing business, we’re looking for someone who is eager to grow with us and take on new challenges.

Responsibilities:

Warehouse Operations:

• Prepare and package products for shipment via Australia Post and other delivery providers.
• Keep all stock neatly filed and organised.
• Develop and maintain warehouse procedures for a clean, efficient workspace.
• Assist with quality control for new fabrics and provide support during container deliveries.

Administration:

• Perform simple Shopify amendments and order administration.
• Update quality reports and update inventory where required.
• Provide extra administrative support as needed
• Contribute to our social media platforms if desired.

Customer Service:

• Learn about our products to help customers choose the best props for their yoga and meditation practices. 
• Provide support to customers over the phone and in person

Qualities We Look For:

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Resourceful and enthusiastic team player.
• Detail-oriented and excellent multitasker.
• Creative thinker with the ability to pitch new ideas.
• Personal wellness practice and knowledge of yoga and meditation are assets.
• Experience with textiles, fashion and homewears is a plus.

Time Commitment:

• Work hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday between 8am-230pm. (Hours will increase and decrease inline with peak times of year, however we try and keep these hours as regular as possible)
• The role has room to grow and evolve based on your strengths and interests.

Onboarding Begins Mid Febuary  2 x Days per week for Training followed by 4 days commencing in March.
